Bella Aura Aesthetics offers a variety of beauty and wellness treatments, including, but not limited to:

  • Facials (including Stemcell, BBGlow, etc.)
  • Permanent Makeup (Tattoo Brows & Lips)
  • Eyelash Perming
  • Foot Spa & Wellness Massage
  • Nail Gel Polish

Our services are available for home visits in Madrid only, and we currently do not accept clients in-studio.

3. Service Availability

  • Home Service: All services are provided as home services within Madrid. Please ensure that you are located within our service area before booking.
  • Booking an Appointment: Services can be booked via our website, by phone, email, or through social media channels.
  • Changes to Services: Bella Aura Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed before the service. We require a deposit or pre-payment for booking.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of 50% may apply if notice is given within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session time may be shortened, and full payment will still be required.
  • Payments: Payments for services can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (if preferred). Payments are required before or on the day of the service.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Health & Safety: It is the client’s responsibility to inform Bella Aura Aesthetics of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service being provided.
  • Aftercare: Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by Bella Aura Aesthetics to ensure the best results and avoid complications. Bella Aura Aesthetics is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to improper aftercare.
  • Consultation: We may request a consultation before some services to assess the client’s needs and suitability for certain treatments, especially for permanent makeup.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, Bella Aura Aesthetics makes no guarantees regarding the results of the treatments. Results may vary based on individual factors like skin type, hair type, and lifestyle.
